Service Description
Book a batting cage for hitting/pitching practice. Hourly rentals include access to the cage for up to two hitters; for larger groups of three or more, a per-person rate applies to ensure everyone gets time in the box.
Cancellation Policy
SkyHigh Batting Cage Policy Safety First The safety of all athletes, coaches, and spectators is our top priority. All participants must follow these rules while using the SkyHigh Batting Cage. General Rules Use the batting cage at your own risk. All participants must have a completed liability waiver on file. Athletes under 18 must be supervised by a parent, coach, or authorized adult. Only approved baseball and softball activities are permitted inside the cage. No horseplay, running, wrestling, or unsafe behavior in or around the cage. Batting Cage Usage Only one hitter is permitted in the cage at a time unless participating in a coach-directed drill. Only the hitter, pitcher/coach, and catcher (if applicable) may be inside the cage during live hitting activities. All athletes waiting for their turn must remain outside the cage and behind protective barriers when available. No practice swings outside of designated hitting areas. Before entering the cage, ensure all hitting activity has stopped. Equipment Requirements Use only approved baseball or softball bats. Helmets are strongly recommended for all hitters and required for athletes under 18 during live pitching activities. No metal cleats inside the batting cage. Athletes are responsible for checking their equipment before use. Coach Pitch, Front Toss, and Tee Work Only designated coaches, instructors, or approved individuals may pitch or conduct front toss drills. Pitchers and coaches must remain alert and behind protective screens when available. Tees should be placed in designated hitting locations only. Retrieve baseballs and softballs only after all hitting has stopped. Facility Care Return all tees, balls, screens, and training equipment to their designated storage areas after use. Report damaged equipment immediately to SkyHigh staff. No food, gum, sunflower seeds, tobacco products, or drinks (other than water) inside the batting cage. Help keep the facility clean and organized. Respect and Conduct Treat teammates, coaches, staff, and equipment with respect. Profanity, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone intentionally damaging equipment or facility property may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. Injuries and Emergencies Report all injuries immediately to a SkyHigh staff member.
