SkyHigh Fitness presents The Monthly Surge, a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed for those who are ready to push their limits—this class isn’t for the weak! In just 45 minutes, you’ll elevate your heart rate, challenge your body, and leave feeling stronger and empowered. What makes it even better? Every month, YOU get to vote on the theme of the HIIT class, keeping your workouts fresh, fun, and exciting. If you’re ready to take your fitness journey to new heights and embrace a dynamic, results-driven workout, this HIIT class is made for you. Vote for the theme at the beginning of each month on our social media pages. This month's theme: Hyrox (skyhigh version). Be prepared for running, jumping and fast movements! Cancellation Policy

Welcome & Expectations: Thank you for choosing SkyHigh Fitness Training Center for your fitness journey. To ensure a productive and respectful training environment, please review and adhere to the following class policies. 1. Attendance & Timeliness: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to warm up and prepare for the session. Late arrivals may join the class, but the session will still conclude at the scheduled time. 2. Cancellation Policy: Notice: Clients must cancel at least 2 hours prior to the start of the session to avoid penalties. Method: Cancellations can be made through the booking system, via text, or by contacting the trainer directly. The SkyHigh text line for cancellations is (234)344-1240 3. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show. A no-show will result in: Loss of session credit for package holders. A charge equivalent to the class fee for pay-per-session clients. 4. Refunds & Rescheduling: Refunds: No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. 5. Safety & Conduct: Proper athletic attire and footwear are required. Respect all participants and equipment. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class. Notify the trainer of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before starting the session. 6. Liability Waiver: Participation in training sessions is at the client’s own risk. SkyHigh Fitness and its trainers are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from class participation. 7. Weather Policy: In cases of inclement weather, classes may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled. Clients will be notified promptly. 8. Communication: For questions or concerns, please reach out via text at (234)344-1240.
