From a young age, Skylar's journey into the world of physical fitness was ignited by her experiences in competitive martial arts. As she traversed the nation for tournaments, her passion for optimal health and well-being took root. This early exposure to the power of the body and mind working in harmony fueled her desire to help women harness their own potential.

Skylar's path evolved as she transitioned into a competitive powerlifter in her early twenties. Her determination and dedication led her to secure the first-place position in The North Eastern Ohio Live Large Fall Brawl for two consecutive years. In addition to her role as an NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Skylar's focus on total mind and body health exemplifies her approach to wellness.
